Charybdis Team
A downloadable game for Windows
Charybdis Technical Human-Oriented Network Implementation Culture is a management-sim game that mimics software project management in an Agile Environment. Your job as a manager in the Special Projects Branch of Voture, Inc. will be to oversee non-standard projects for business development and process improvement (using the occult to solve business problems).
The provided game is a scuffed demo of the project in very early form but under active development. Questions? There is an FAQ here.

If you dismiss the dialog box for the blocker resolution before the interaction is complete the blocker status changes in the manager tasks (goes green) but the blocker isn't removed from the book. Once green it doesn't appear that it can be interacted with again or be re-opened to follow the chat dialog to resolution. Just mentioning that in case it's not an intended penalty for shirking my main job as a manager.
But it's an entertaining little demo.
P.S. The tool tip / tutorial and non-header text font size may be a _little_ small for us olds.
I can increase the size of the tutorial boxes for sure, that's loosely in the "UI overhaul category, but thanks for making sure I've got it in my task board"
In re: the dismissal -
The flagging is correct in regard to the block, but you should be able to repeat the convo on a subsequent day (imagine you got called away by a family matter, the blocker isn't resolved, but you can return later to try again). Good catch.
I played through a couple of times and I don’t think it let me interact with it on subsequent days, but I’ll check again later.
It wouldn't. Left over from a test build where I was just marking it done so I could move on with testing. Will be fixed in the next release.
